As a certified Jungian coach, I assist clients in connecting to their HeartSong, their inner voice that provides guidance in their life’s journey. Our work together may include dream exploration, active imagination exercises, deep listening, role playing, creative exercises, and more. Jungian Coaching applies depth psychologist Carl Jung's theories of the psyche and wholeness of Self to the coaching process, focusing on the client's lifelong journey of engaging with and integrating all parts of the Self. Coaching sessions (50 minutes) occur weekly on Zoom, and are usually 6 to 10 weeks in duration, based on the client's needs. Contact me to schedule a free intake session.

Do you have a dream or a series of dreams that you want to explore more deeply? In dream explorations, we will engage with one or more dreams and discover what the psyche may be trying to convey. Learning how to engage with dreams can help you understand your past, work with your present, and plan for your future. Recurring themes and images may arise in dream work - these can be a window into the Soul’s longing. Dream exploration sessions may be scheduled as needed on an ad hoc basis for 25 or 50 minutes. I provide shamanic services such as house/land clearing, divination, working with the spirits of the land, teaching and mentoring shamanic journey, power animal retrieval, etc. Sessions occur on Zoom or at the client’s home, based on the type of service provided. I have presented at the Washington Friends Conference on Religion and Psychology, Maine Jung Center, WiseWoman Forum, Free Spirit Gathering, and other events.
