HeartSong Journey Group - March 6

Join me for a monthly shamanic journey group that meets on Zoom on Friday evenings or on an occasional Saturday or Sunday. We will have the opportunity to do shamanic journeys for ourselves and others, deepening our connections with our helping spirits and our shamanic community.
This group is for newcomers to shamanic journey as for well as for seasoned journeyers (and everyone in between!). Limited instruction will be provided.

$15 to $25 sliding scale with $20 being requested; no one turned away due to lack of funds.

You will receive the zoom link after you register and a reminder email the day before the event. Please note: Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the workshop for a refund.
NOTE: This journey group will NOT be recorded.
To prepare:
Be sure you are in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring water to drink.
Bring a journal/pen/paper for notes.
Bring something to cover your eyes (scarf, eye mask).
You may also wish to bring a candle, small animal figurine, rock/stone, picture, etc.
Optional: Bring a drum or rattle.

HeartSong - Spring Dream Drawing Workshop
Join me for a Zoom workshop where we will engage with our dreams by drawing images from them! The psyche speaks to us in images and drawing images from dreams can bring forth new understanding and insight.

Intro to Shamanism - February 6-8
I will be leading an Introduction to Shamanism interest group as part of the Washington Friends Conference on Religion and Psychology.
HeartSong - Create a Mandala for the New Year!
Join me for a Zoom workshop where we will meditate on our hopes, dreams, and visions for 2026 and create a mandala to contain these images and inspire us through the coming year!
