Join me for a monthly shamanic journey group that meets on Zoom on Friday evenings or on an occasional Saturday or Sunday. We will have the opportunity to do shamanic journeys for ourselves and others, deepening our connections with our helping spirits and our shamanic community.

This group is for newcomers to shamanic journey (limited instructions will be provided) as well as seasoned journeyers (and everyone in between!).

To prepare:
Be sure you are in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring water to drink.
Bring a journal/pen/paper for notes.
Bring something to cover your eyes (scarf, eye mask).
You may also wish to bring a candle, small animal figurine, rock/stone, picture, etc.
